BIOFLEX Clinic Ambassador Club Official Policy & Participation Terms

Program Overview & Eligibility
The BIOFLEX Clinic Ambassador Club (“Program”) is a voluntary patient recognition initiative operated by BIOFLEX Laser Therapy Clinic (the “Clinic”).

The Program is intended as a goodwill patient recognition initiative and not as a financial incentive for healthcare services. Participation does not create employment, partnership, agency, or professional affiliation and must not be interpreted as compensation for medical referrals.
 
Eligibility is limited to existing patients who have completed or booked a minimum of ten (10) treatment appointments. Participation and continued eligibility are determined at the Clinic’s sole discretion. The Program is voluntary and free of charge.
Eligible Ambassadors may share referral gift cards toward an individual’s first laser therapy treatment and receive one (1) Ambassador Point for each Successful Referral. Points may be redeemed for eligible clinic services, rentals, or BIOFLEX systems based on the reward structure in effect at redemption.
 
Ambassadors may hold a maximum of three (3) active referral gift cards at any given time. Additional cards may be issued as previously provided cards are shared with new patients, subject to the Clinic’s discretion.
 
Rewards are promotional, non-guaranteed, and subject to change or withdrawal at any time. Nothing in this Program guarantees medical outcomes or treatment results.

A “Successful Referral” is a new patient who has never previously received treatment at BIOFLEX Laser Therapy Clinic, presents a valid referral gift card, and attends and completes their first scheduled appointment.

Ambassador Points are issued only after verification, and referral eligibility is determined by the Clinic.

Ambassadors participate as independent individuals sharing personal experiences with the Clinic. Communications should remain respectful and aligned with clinical integrity, professionalism, and patient-centered care.
 
Ambassadors must not:
 
• Present themselves as healthcare professionals or provide medical advice
• Make misleading or exaggerated treatment claims
• Engage in commercial promotion or solicitation
• Pressure others to seek treatment
• Use the Clinic’s brand in a manner that appears to be official advertising without approval
 
Participation may be suspended or terminated where conduct is inconsistent with Program intent or Clinic standards.

Referral activity is tracked within the Clinic’s secure system for Program administration. Personal health information is managed in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy legislation.

The Clinic is not responsible for lost, delayed, or inaccurately recorded referrals resulting from technical or administrative issues.

The Clinic may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program at any time. Ambassador Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and do not constitute property or credit. If the Program ends, reasonable notice and a limited redemption period will be provided before points are forfeited. Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes.
 
This Program is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
