I would not trust the bioflex equipment since the equipment doesn’t reliably start up and the touch screens take 4-5 presses before responding. Who knows what else is wrong with the machines.

Dissapointed with the communication and delivery with bioflex laser. I … More had ordered one of their devices after seeing it in person at the Calgary Massage Connections.
I was talking with Noelle and was promised a 4 week wait before the device was to come in as they said they had to specially make these devices before sending them out. I was enticed by the 12 year limited warranty and the price being the most affordable for the features. I put down $2500 so I could get the device then later Noelle told me I had to pay for 50% of the device before shipping could happen. He told me he would get back with me on Monday, but failed to do so, then when I called back he said the company was overwhelmed and it was a busy season. I kept calling back and was given the runaround until eventually they agreed to ship it out and I had to hound Noelle to give it in writing about the promised 4 weeks.
4 weeks passed (mid april) and I followed up with Noelle once again stating it would come in probably the following week. I get a message from another rep saying it is now coming mid to late May which is now 8 weeks in, 4 weeks late of the promised delivery date. I ended up cancelling as this broke the promises outlined in the email that were discussed.
I am now waiting for them to return my $2500 down payment and it has been a week since I requested the refund. I have followed up with another email regarding getting this money back before a chargeback is ordered.
They brag about being around for 40 years, and that their shockwave device is european, but their shockwave's original patent was in shenzen China. I really felt scammed and wont be considering buying a machine from them ever again.

i wish i could give 0 stars. i ordered a bioflex laser unit in 2025 and they charged my credit card BEFORE it even shipped! i got no emails, no nothing about the shipping or tracking so i called … More and they said it should be coming soon...a month later, i heard nothing.. so i tried calling again and they just ignored me, multiple calls and emails all IGNORED....this went on for months and months and months, it must've been close to 7 months or something until i finally got the device. BUT within 2 days the device STOPPED WORKING!! i tried contacting them again and of course as you can guess NOBODY RESPONDS. now I'm trying to get a refund on this DEFECTIVE, USELESS device! everyone please BEWARE, they are scamming people.. just stay far away from this company!!!
