His approach was completely non-invasive, using laser treatment, which made the whole process much less intimidating and comfortable.
What stood out the most was how gentle and patient he was throughout. He clearly has deep expertise in wound care, and it shows in the way he treats and manages complicated cases. I felt safe, well-informed, and genuinely cared for during every visit.

i wish i could give 0 stars. i ordered a bioflex laser unit in 2025 and they charged my credit card BEFORE it even shipped! i got no emails, no nothing about the shipping or tracking so i called … More and they said it should be coming soon...a month later, i heard nothing.. so i tried calling again and they just ignored me, multiple calls and emails all IGNORED....this went on for months and months and months, it must've been close to 7 months or something until i finally got the device. BUT within 2 days the device STOPPED WORKING!! i tried contacting them again and of course as you can guess NOBODY RESPONDS. now I'm trying to get a refund on this DEFECTIVE, USELESS device! everyone please BEWARE, they are scamming people.. just stay far away from this company!!
Edit: they keep telling me and other reviewers on here that it's the wrong profile, when it is the correct one. It's the same company (BIOFLEX - same name, same logo) that i've been trying to contact

Equipment is garbage poor software and hardware. If you contact support they say and I quote: There are no issues with the hardware or software. The machine is perfectly fine.

I would not trust the bioflex equipment since the equipment doesn’t reliably start up and the touch screens take 4-5 presses before responding. Who knows what else is wrong with the machines.
