I found BioFlex Laser Therapy Clinic and decided to try their non-invasive laser therapy. The treatment was completely painless, very safe, and there was no surgery, no wounds, and no downtime. I was able to continue my normal routine while healing.
Over time, my condition steadily improved and is now fully healed. I can sit normally again without discomfort.
I’m especially thankful to Dr. Kim for the professional care, support, and guidance throughout the entire process. The staff were kind and helpful, and everything was explained clearly. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone dealing with pilonidal sinus and looking for a non-surgical treatment option.

They make good products but have some of the WORST customer service I’ve ever encountered. They run sales on products they have no stock on, and are unable to fulfill. Then offer no communication … More and answers must be pried out of them.
They will blame everything under the sun for their failures but take no accountability. OVER 4 months to get the products. Don’t even reply to their commercial clinic runners enquiring for information on my order.

I was dealing with an inflammatory issue that wasn’t healing on its own—until I heard about Slava Kim at BioFlex. I started receiving laser therapy, and to my surprise, it was completely pain-free … More and non-invasive.
After only a couple of sessions, the pain was gone, and I finally had peace of mind.
Normally, my expectations when visiting a clinic are fairly low, but BioFlex exceeded them in every way. The cleanliness of the clinic is top-tier as well.
What stood out most to me was how friendly and welcoming the staff are. Slava is truly one of the best people you’ll ever meet. He takes the time to ensure you’re comfortable; you can tell he genuinely cares about helping you. Nancy and Deanna at the front desk are also incredibly kind and helpful.
If you’re dealing with an issue that BioFlex can help with, I wouldn’t hesitate to give them a try.
