I had a 6+ year long Pilonidal cyst condition that caused great pain and great disruption to my day to day life, I had to make … More adjustments to working at home, gave up hobbies such as cycling to reduce the recurrence, to the point if I move around awkwardly once it flared up multiple times a month and it took a week to heal.
I was in the process of going in for invasive surgery when I by chance came across another review for Dr.Slava and looking at prior testimony I choose to give it a try as a last resort before choosing costly surgery.
And I got to say Dr. Slava’s non-invasive, non-harsh laser treatment has been very safe, and absolutely pain free. I saw improvements I haven’t seen in years in just the first treatment and after the recommended treatments and self care I am close to full healing. I am able to sit down and move around without fear of reoccurrence.
The best part is Dr.Slava’s kind, respectful and honest way of treating me and helping me through the procedures. You don’t find many doctors like him anymore. Furthermore the rest of the staff are exceptional especially Indira Garcia RPT and the kind Deanna.
I have always had a fear for medical settings and I got to say Dr. Slava at BIOFLEX completely changed my perspective.
I can’t say enough of how highly I recommend his treatments.
If you have any Pilonidal or wound healing issue, this is the place to start your healing journey to a better health and recovery.

I am so grateful that I discovered this clinic. For years I suffered from back pain. I did all the usual treatments like Physio, Chiro, massage and acupuncture. I first visited BioFlex Laser Therapy Clinic last year due to a reoccurring pilonidal cyst. I was on antibiotics every other month and on a long waiting list for a surgery. I will admit that … More I came in pretty skeptical, but I’m glad I did because thanks to Dr. Slava’s laser expertise and care, I avoided a very invasive surgery that has very long and painful recovery. The laser therapy was non-invasive and to my surprise completely pain-free—I didn’t feel a thing! Dr. Slava was very professional, attentive, and took time to explain everything clearly. I have remained infection free since then and very relieved! Having had a couple surgeries for the same issue in the past, I would advise anyone to first try Dr. Slava and his method before going under the knife.
